Our founders, Captain Irakli Sharabidze and Captain Robert Abashvili a seasoned maritime professionals with years of experience sailing on commercial vessels and managing ship operations, recognized a gap in the industry — shipowners struggled to find well-trained, disciplined, and loyal seafarers, while many seafarers lacked access to fair employment and long-term career development.
With a deep understanding of both sides, the idea for our company was born.
Starting with a small but passionate team, we began by recruiting skilled seafarers and placing them on tankers, bulk carriers, and container ships for trusted shipping clients. Our focus on crew welfare, compliance with international standards, and 24/7 support quickly gained the trust of shipowners and operators.
