With a seagoing career that began over decade ago, Captain Robert rose through the ranks from deck cadet to Master on board oil/crude/chemical tankers. He sailed with distinction on various vessel types, gaining hands-on expertise in cargo operations, navigation, emergency preparedness, and crew leadership.
After a successful command career, Captain Robert brought his operational insight ashore, where he transitioned into key roles in shipping company management.

Managed SIRE inspections and vetting preparation, including pre-vetting assessments, crew briefings, documentation review, and corrective action follow-ups. Successfully reduced vetting rejections and built a strong reputation with oil majors for operational readiness.
